- Hi, I'm Mac and yep this is yet another paramedic blog. I work on the south coast at a busy ambulance station. I stumbled across some other blogs and thought i might give it a go. OH, is Michael Moore not that well liked in the US then? Isn't healthcare insurance really as bad as he makes out/
