- Hi, I'm Mac and yep this is yet another paramedic blog. I work on the south coast at a busy ambulance station. I stumbled across some other blogs and thought i might give it a go. The usual personal details are altered due to patient confidentiality. My views are my own and do not reflect that of any ambulance service that i may or may not be working for. It's an interesting analisis that the ECG machine's come out with. Seriously? LBBB?
Yeah I know, it's a copy of a hospital trace. It's apparently atrial flutter but to me it looks more wide complex tachycardia and would have treated it as such.
